1998 f350 7.3 powerstoke ran on gas

i have a few questions on working on a diesel motor that has been ran on gas til it stopped. will not fire after tank has been drain and new fiters replaced.

Most likely the fuel rails and injectors are still full of the gasoline. I suggest removing the end plugs from the fuel rails and running the fuel pump until pure diesel comes out. They are at the opposite ends of the fuel rail than where the steel lines go in. Then all you have left is what's still in the injectors. It should clear out and go.
