went to get the btm installed last week when i got my fluids changed and my sonnax kit put in, but my mech didn't have time to do the btm. so i thought i would let a local guy down the street do the job.... big mistake... the moron who owns the garage swore up and down that that muffler won't fit on my 02, i told him you have to spin the "s" pipe around to line it up with the back pipe and he looked at me like i was talking french.... but i KNEW he was just making excuses because he's f98908ng LAZY... when he told me i had a cat on my truck... i told him there's no cat on my mule, i know i have looked... he swore there was... i just said whatever man... he said he would look at it again, i said no, never mind... i won't let a moron like that work on my truck....
Yikes!
Sounds like one of the chain stores.
How's the Sonnex feel?
no, not a chain store, just a local backwoods wrench shop... supposed to be pretty good, but i wouldn't say that, and i won't go back..!
i LOVE the sonnax, and it seems like the more i drive it, the better it shifts, is there a computer that runs the tranny that needs to "learn" the sonnax upgrade....? if so, i think mine is starting to get it... it is shifting MUCH BETTER... of course all new synthetic fluids everywhere can't hurt either..!

I think if you had your batteries disconnected for over 30 min. the tranny has to relearn your driving pattern. Takes about 100 miles I think.
I'm not sure which is worse, dummies or thieves. They both cost you a lot of money.
Never mind. Dummies are worse because they tend to break things that were okay before, while thieves just make you pay for work that wasn't done or wasn't necessary.
