Angry bad takeoff

ive got a 03 sd psd auto. six inch lift in the rear there is the factory lift block plus a four inch (ouch i know thats what they gave me). when i take off at any speed it feels as if the rear clunks forward.when i ease it off the line it still does it just further down the road.the brakes will load the suspension one way and the acceleration un loads it. The truck has no ladder bars the u bolts are tight theres no signs of the blocks shifting. this has progressivley gotten more noticable over the past month.Ive checked the u joints and carrier bearing all are ok. the carrier bearing is droped 1 1/4 inches which removed most of the take off vibration.all sway bar and spring bushing also ok. it almost feels as if the truck doesent shift back to 1 st starts in second and backshifts two 1st with in the first 2 feet of forward movement.any suggestions will be appreciated..........Marc

they are shifting! Recheck every thing and make sure it's all tight.

its possible that the axle is wrapping up and they shift then, i tore a yoke of the pinion, get rid of the gay blocks and get some real rear leaves back there.

I'd check the speed sensor on top of the differential. If the PCM isn't getting a good signal from that sensor.....it won't know what gear it should be in. Thus the erratic shift problem.
