Blown Fuse Links
hey i own a 96 BRONCO 351 but i went to start it after my g/f said she tryed jumping it cus the battery was dead and i found my fuse links blown now the bronco won't do nothing and a bunch of fuses in the cab where burnt but all the engine fuses where good i bypassed the fuse link to the started only wat to turn it over is to short it at the started any help would apreciated alot

Your links may have blown before your g/f tried to jump the battery, or they may have blown because the battery was jumped improperly. Before replacing the links, check the wiring harnesses for obvious shorts to ground..especially the engine wiring harness. Replace your fusible links ASAP. You can't start the engine without them. They supply power to the EEC relay and the fuel pump relay among other systems.
If you still can't find the problem, get a wiring diagram and start tracing out the various systems.

Replace all the fusible links. Pull every fuse and replace every one that is burnt. Cross your fingers and hope the ignition module and other electronics are alright. Sounds like the cables may have been hooked up backwards.
