03 superduty trailer wiring problem

I accidentally shorted my trailer wiring on my 03 superduty. Now I don't have any power to the trailer lights.(right and left blinkers still work).I am sure I must have blown a fuse. The trailer wiring must have different fuses since the tail lights on the truck still work.I looked under the dash at that fusepanel and found one 20A fuse blown.Replaced that but still no power to the trailer lights. Is there another fuse somewhere?

Pete, look under the hood for a fuse box, it's under there.
I don't remember where the box is, sorry...
Driver's side I believe.

All I could find under the hood is two small boxes. One has the relays for the right and left trailer blinkers in it.The other has some relays. No mini fuses in either one.Is there another box with fuses somewhere?
Thanks
Pete

I have heard that there is another box near the main fuse panel, haven't verified it.
If ya hang on till later, some of the guys that yank toy trailers will be on after work and will be able to help. I know I've seen it on here but couldn't find it with a search.

EDIT:
See if this thread helps...

I have the same problem except I know my trailer is wired wrong! Dead short somewhere. Every time I plug My 7X16 pull behind up it blows the fuse! It does this on both My 01 and my 05!! Turns and brakes work, tail lights don"t!

UPDATE on 03 superduty trailer wiring problem

Found this thread here where I can download factory manuals. This gave me the fuse locations and description. On a 03 superduty there is NO fusebox under the hood. All the fuses are behind the large panel under the steeringwheel.I then found a second fuse(20A) #38 blown.Replaced it and all my lights work again!
Thanks for all the replies, hope to return the favor someday.
Pete
