4x4 Radius Arm Suspensions?

4x4 Radius Arm Suspensions?
Can someone tell me exactly which years and which models of these 4x4 trucks used the dual radius arm suspensions? Do things like cab length, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton make a difference? What about long or short beds? I am only interested in knowing which 4 wheel drive models use the radius arm suspension? Also, did any of them come stock with a Dana 60 front axle rather than the Dana 44?
