Cargo rattling

Cargo rattling
Does anyone know if removing the two rear cargo hooks and associated hold down bolts from the cargo area of an 01 Explorer XLT would cause the floor to begin rattling?
I removed the two rear cargo hooks to install a rather powerful subwoofer setup...could be coincidence but since then i have noticed a rather annoying vibration/rattling from the back that i can't seem to pinpoint.
Although the rattle or noise could be anywhere because with subwoofers in the back the truck basically sounds like a maracca now...its easier to find the few spaces that dont rattle or vibrate.
