I'm at the retread end of the scale though - so I can't match you. I'm starting all over. I don't regret that though, later on every bit of what you gave us is going to seem like a lifesaver I know....

In some unofficial experimentation I did with CE2 I wasn't all that impressed with the results. I think there's far more effective creatine supplements on the market. I do, however, think it's a good option for someone who must stay within a couple pounds of a target weight as it causes no water retention.
NO2 is, IMO, THE best supplement to be introduced in the last 10 years. I have yet to see any of the knock off brands come close in terms of effectiveness. This stuff could almost motivate an old fart to do something in the gym, huh Pro?
