Billit steering wheel adapter?

Billit steering wheel adapter?
Has any one put a 14in. billet chrome 9 hole mounting pattern steering wheel on their 67 Ford F100? The mounting adapter will not allow the horn to work or the turn signal canceling to work. Any Ideas? Thanks Charles

Thanks John for your reply, I know that they are in the top of the steering column. I think I have the wrong adapter hub. I dont have any holes in it to put the original signal cancelling device off the bottom of the original steering wheel and the electrical has no way to hook up like the original on the horn. They both worked before I installed this new wheel, hub adapter and horn button. Thanks Charles
