Has anyone used or had any experience with the venturi type vacuum device that uses an air compressor to pull a vacuum on automotive a/c systems? I am curious as to if they actually work. Any information would be great.
Thank you!
I have one that I have used for over 10 years. Can't remember the manufacturer off hand, might be Mac tools, but it is bright red. It works very well but you have to have a compressor that can provide the volume to do the job adequately.
John, Thanks for the reply. How much volume do I need to use this type vacuum device? I have an air comp. with a 26 gallon tank and can deliver 5.6/3.8 SCFM @ 40/90 PSI with a max pressure of 150 PSI. Let me know what you think. Thanks again!
