Been here a short time but never acually introduced myselve.
I'm Chris, live up in Ontario Canada. Just picked up this 76 F-250 to be my newest project truck. Got it and a 77 for parts. Going to stick a flat deck on it since it currently has a 87-96 style box.
Here are a couple pics. I think it's a great truck to start working with and should do well when it's wheeled.
And the parts truck along with the 429 in the parts truck which I'd like to freshen up and then run instead of the 390.
An FE in one truck....a 429 in the other????
That just breaks my heart. Nobody should have to have engines like that.
Just joking....you have a lot of good stuff there to work with. You should have no problem building a realy nice truck.

i'm going to ask for one of their custom air cleaners when i in the drive thru later then i'll stop by the store and pick up some bananas and a tailgate.
I hear those come with the foot long hot dogs over at Sonic.
You'll have to see Long John for an for the proper oil pan to compliment the valve covers.

Thanks for the welcome. Acually I almost died when the guy opened the hood on the parts truck and I saw that kfc bucket. I guess it served it's purpose.
Hey 76, Don't knock the KFC air cleaner. We had a lot of fun with that thing.
Now, all jokes aside, you have enough there to build a realy nice truck. It will take a lot of work....but if you take your time it will be great. If you get confused about something, don't be shy about coming on back....just make sure to bring the KFC with you.
