Question runnin hot!!

its in the 90's in detroit and my 86 br2 is runnin hot...a/c is pretty weak also although its been charged..she's runnin around the n in normal with or without the a/c on..any tips on coolin it down(aside from replacing the radiator,which I can't afford right now)???

Have you flushed the system and replaced the thermostat, that's were I would start.

what he said also check your ignition timming to much advance will cause it to run hot, also check your fan cluch

first and foremost i would change the Tstat and defintly look at the fan clutch .... kenn thanks for that module apparatus.. its all put together and i put it up in the airbox and it seems to be holding its own...but yeah i had temp pronblems and i ended up getting a thicker radiator replacing the fan clutch... if you can spin yours and it moves more than 3 blades its about time to get it done.. once the new one was on i was astounded to how much air got pushed around... make sure the radiator you have is clean of debris and not damaged including mud covering it... is it only hot when idling or alsoon highway??
