Brakes
It's always something! Now I get a hissing from my brakes whenever I put any pressure on them. It sounds like air from the vacuum booster, and like air brakes inside, but under the hood, you can't hear it. Does this mean a new vacuum booster?

Yeah Steve,it sure is the power booster thats leaking vacuum.What's happening is a normal sound made when the diaghram is busted and allowing atmospheric air to be sucked into the vacuum side of the chamber.Bendix brakes offers brand new units,but most places will handle reman with or without the master cylinder. You can expect about $100 bucks or more.
