92 Buick Regal digital speedometer
OK, I know there are some techs in here that have had plenty of experience with GM stuff, so that is why I post it here. I just replaced the motor in my dad's 92 Regal, after it sat for a few years out in the weather. The speedo and odometer are reading fast, by about 40 mph, while the computer signal is more accurate. Did the IC chip in the dash get cooked too much, and now the cluster is junk, or is there a simpler fix?

OK< an update... I figured out the problem due to a different post somewhere on here, the english metric button got pushed. What a dumb place to put it though, right under the radio.
