August Meeting Locations
IF ...........we do not meet at Great Lakes Drag Strip during Ford Days, where would the Chapter members care to meet?
Would Steak N Shake in Tinley Park be ok?
Would Sundown Meadows Forest Preserve in Countryside/La Grange (our Chapter's first meeting spot) be ok?
Would White Castles off Harlem and Southwest highway in Chicago Ridge be ok?
Would The Little Red Schoolhouse Nature Center on 104th Ave. south of 95th St. be ok?
Keep in mind nominations, etc. for Chapter Officers will be held in August as well.
I urge any and all who may want to take part attend the meeting in August.
We can also set up the Chapter in two "regions" to meet the needs of both Northern and Southern Chapter members.
I suggested the regions to Steve "theracingtouch" as a means to cover the entire state fairly.
Lets hear your thoughts!

Any of the meeting places that were mentioned would be fine with me except for the Great Lakes Drag strip. Great Lakes Drag strip is just too far of a drive. I think it would be a good idea to divide IL into north and south regions. Steve "theracingtouch" would make a good leader for the southern IL region.

I should be able to make an August meeting at Steak n Shake in Tinley Park.
I'm usually "on call" Sundays now if there is a problem with one of the lines/machines at work.
I'm hoping for a Saturday off lately too.
As I see it, John will be the new Chapter Leader/Northern Region Leader.
As I see it, Steve will be the Southern Region Leader.

Would anybody be interested in having our August meeting on a Friday night at the Stake 'N Shake in Tinley Park instead of our usual Sunday meeting? They have a pretty good cruise nite at Stake 'N Shake, and it doesn't cost anything to get in. It is located right off of RT.43(Harlem Ave.) in Tinley Park. I figure we could meet up at 7 or 7:30, whatever works best for everyone.

Is Friday night, August 12 at Stake 'N Shake on RT.43(Harlem Ave) in Tinley Park OK with everyone as a location for our August meeting? I figure we could meet up there between 7 and 7:30. We'll park towards the back of the lot. With the small turnouts we've been getting for our Sunday meetings, I thought maybe we could try meeting on a Friday night this month and see how that goes.

Meeting
I'll try to get up there...................worked 13 hours today. Nabisco and Kraft are doubling their business with us. Mark and I took out an old production line and installed a new computerized line today. The compamy only has four mechanics and we're too busy keeping up.
