I have seen a TSB for the wts light goes off too soon i think its for 89 to 91 trucks, my 89 wts goes off aroud 5 secs but the plugs stay on for another 5. I had the same hard starting proplems, i use to cycle twice to get going, now i watch the volt gage to bounce back in 8 to 10 sec(wts goes off in 5) and it fires right up, it might be worth a shot to watch the volt gage and see what happens

if you replace the return lines you will wont to replace the o rings on the injectors not much more time and it will save you a head ach in the future. you can get a return line kit for about 35.00 fromand injector shop. it will have the line caps and o-rings. I would also think about the injectors them self if they have never been change.
