Hey guys, I had a few minutes today at the shop to deal with the truck and I took this picture of my CCV mod. Believe it or not that steel accordian tube is a push rod tube for a 67-79 1600 VW Beetle engine. You can get them for way cheap. They come double ended with accordians at each end. The accordian fits over the crank vent flange perfectly. Clamp it down with a heavy duty coolant hose clamp. It will crimp the stainless steel accordian tube onto the flange for a nice tight fit. The rubber elbow is the one that I took off of the crank vent. The rest is pretty much self explanitory. Notice the nice clean dry intake wheel.

Now it's on to deal with that pesky brake switch that likes to catch fire.

Kwik I took care of my brake switch today. I updated the thread that we've been discussing it on with the how to. It takes no time at all and it's only $20.50 from Ford including tax.
BTW the CCV mod picture is perfect. Once I get a chance I am going to take care of that hopefully the same way as yours! Thanks for the pictures!

I saw that and answered. You'll like that nice dry intake once you get those oil vapors rerouted.

Would you paste the link to this thread. Thanks. I've not heard of the dangerous switch.
