does anyone have the conversion for an '82 axle code 14 it is obviously a 9" but seems high geared I have an '85 owners manual that lists the code as 3.00. could that be right?
Thank you sounds like a consistant number then looks like I have lots of options for gearing down for larger tires. 33's now are a bit much, but the ol' 300 pulls em pretty good this is a project truck that I just bought runs and drives, clean straight body bronco black and silver w/ 4spd can't wait to tear it all apart, big plans, lots of Ideas.
I've got an '85 F-150, and I want to go the other way, back to stock tires and a conversion to a little diesel. I have 4.11's, the rear with a limited-slip, and I'd be willing to trade you straight across, if you're interested. Thanks!
