Dutch introduction
Hi There,
This is a Dutch guy, over for 3 month in Oklahoma City and eager to get trucking. I love old classic cars and motorcycles. Now I am trying to buy a 1970-1980 F100/F150, preferable a longbed to take back to Europe when I am finished here. However, that is not easy finding a reliable car. And I need to have it inspected by a certified mechanic, to proof the car is road worthy for the insurance company.
As a foreigner not having a UD divers license it is not a straight forward procedure to get insurance.
So is there anyone who could assist in getting a decent F100/F150 in the Oklahoma City area. Or do you know of any car mechanics who would be willing to build up a truck ?
Hopefully I will be trucking before I am gone.
