Seating

does anyone know the legalities involved in seating? i just picked up a folding bench seat that i wanted to bolt onto the bed of my pickup behind the cab, its got seatbelts so theres no worry about that, but is there anything else i need to worry about so i dont get into trouble?

I'd check with your local state police. In CA you must have a shell on it and no kids in the back.

Same here in CA but,we have laws that relate directly to riding in the back of a pickup. I would still call your state police or highway patrol, they know the vehicle code.
