1981 F150 hot start problem

Need help. Have 4x4 1981 F150 with 302. The truck starts perfectly when cold, no hesitation. Problem is that after she warms up to operating Temperature and you shut her down she will not start again until she has fully cooled down about 3 to 5 hours. Checked choke settings on carb (2V motorcraft 2150), proper settings. No smell of gas as if she is flooded. Won't start using starter fluid. Pressure tested full pump, ok. Carb is getting gas. Tested starting circuit, running circiut and coil circuit both cold and warmed, all within proper voltage ranges. Checked for spark to spark plugs both cold and warmed and gets it when cold but don't seem to see one when she is warm. Ford is not very clear about how to check spark in a duraspark 2 system. Juice to spark plug is provided through a Jacobs Ultra Team setup, love it! The Jacob's is working properly. Had this problem before installing the Jacob's Ultra Team.

Any suggestions?

First off,no spark is the problem, right! Now,if the way you wired the Jacob was to retain the original module or magnetic pick-up,try changing the wiring to bypass the module/pick-up by refering to ALL the directions from Jacobs. If that can't be done with your particular unit, change the Duraspark module and you are on your way.By the way,my old man used to carry a bag of ice around to cool off the module when it would overheat, that way,he didn't waste his R12{ooops,I wasn't supposed to sat that,he-he}.
