on my 1984 f-150 i have a 351 with the 2bbl carb. Im looking at putting a holley 4bbl number 50428 (ford E6HE-GB) on it intead of rebuilding the 2bbl. should this bolt on, what do i need to look for, where can i get more info?
I have an auto transmission and this carb says it was made for the auto, it looks complete and moves the way it should...

right right, i was going to have to replace all that besides the intake manifold anyways so is no big deal. i hope it works.
If I may make a recommendation. Compare prices from the Holley to a compareable Edelbrock carb. I've never really been a fan of Holley's myself.
I have had great luck with the Edelbrock performer series carbs. Secondly, don't go to big. A stock engine will be very happy with a 600cfm 4 barrel carb, and will likely offer you a mild fuel mileage gain, providing you don't put your foot into it to hard.
