Question 1996 F150 question

I am hoping someone can help with this. I just got in an accident with my 96 F150 and messed up the front grill and the front chrome bumper. Well, they both need replacing and I think I can handle the grill by myself as I am somewhat mechanically inclined but can anyone tell me what I will need to change out the front bumper? I am sure I will need an extra hand to even hold the thing up. My old bumper is basically bent from the halfway point to the corner on the driver's side. I think but I am not sure nothing else with the frame would be messed up. It was maybe only a 20 mph collission. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Four bolts on the back side of the bumper. You'll need some good penetrating solvent, a little patience and I think a 3/4 socket with breaker bar. Frame damage is not likely with a 20 mph collision. You may want to heat up the nuts on the back with a propane torch after spraying them with the solvent, it should loosen them up a lot. (be careful of fire obviously). I use the same torch I sweat copper pipes together with.

Can anyone else verify that socket size for the back of the bumper? That's the only part I am unsure of. Thanks.

Yeah, it's 3/4". Also take a measurement between both frame rails to ensure they are still paralell. then measure the length of the corrogated section ( crumple zone) of the frame right behind the bumper mounts both sides should be exactly the same length.
