Gaining Power?
Is it just me but as I gain in mileage(just broke 500) is the engine pulling harder? it feels that while passing, or acceleration its pulling through the gears harder and quicker? do these 5.4's(mine is not modded. . . . . YET) "break in" ive never had a new engine so dont know what to expect. input would be greatly appreciated-MassDog

I experienced the same thing, as well as an increase in fuel economy. The first few times I fueled it I was getting around 12.7 to 13.3 mpg, then after about 1,000 miles I was getting between 14.7 and 15.2, mostly city driving.

checked mileage after first tank- results were favorable 26.6 gallons at 414.9 miles+15.59mpg pretty darn good seeing how this lead wont come off my right foot,
Tried everything grinders, laquer nothing seemed to work until i got behind the wheel of a chevy(hahaha just kidding I would never drive a chevy)
