With my 9mm she's ok, lets just say I wouldn't want her shooting at me with it.

My .45 Colt is almost too much for her to handle.
We went shooting clays on the back of the farm one day and out of about 25 she hit 12, actually 6 in a row at one point.

Of course she has an awesome coach too!
