351W main seals

My 1989 E150 has 131,000 miles and an automatic transmission. The engine has always been problem free and still runs very well (except for a little hesitation when it first starts). Anyway, both the front and rear main seals are leaking and I am interested in replacing them. Here are my questions:

1) after the tranny is out, how hard it it to replace the rear main seal? Are there any tips that can save me some time?

2) Is the rear main seal a 1 or 2 piece seal?

3) How big a task is replacing the front main seal? I know the radiator has to come out but does the grill or any other structure in the front have to be removed?

Thanks in advance for your help!
