Stake pocket tie-downs
I'm looking for some FLUSH tiedown hardware for my '99 SD. I think the "Keeper Bullring" is good, but I not sure the really flush ones will fit our trucks. Something like in this picture is what I'm looking for:

It actually looks like a superduty bed rail, but I'm not sure. If it is, I'd like a good source and a part number.
