Brake problem

1982 Ford 3/4 ton right front brake caliper will not work. Caliper was replaced after finding old caliper piston was frozen. The new caliper will not work either. Where do I go from here?

Whwn you say "won't work",I am assuming that it won't grip the pads when you apply the pedal, right? How about the other side? How is your pedal travel since you bled the system? If you have a high & firm pedal, you may start by verifying you did not twist the rubber hose a round when you attached it to the caliper. It should be u-shaped and not s-shaped. If your pedal is sloppy, crack open a rear bleeder, then fully bleed the front, then finally the rear. This will hopefully reset your p-valve.

If after you do what phillip advised, than you may have a bad proportioning valve, this is where two lines go in and 4 come out.
