Huh??????? Randy, I didn't say you had chrome latches. I said the picture you posted showed what the chrome latches look like. At least the chrome ones on my truck look the same as the picture you posted.

Wow! Ed Just read the reply on where you were born. We need to talk this weekend. Very nice town. I lived of post in a farm house and nightly hung with the locals at the local guest-house. Alot of memories.

Ingo, I have updated my gallery with a few pictures of my tailgate hinges and chains. I have not started on the bed restoration yet so these are pretty much as I got the truck. The tail light brackets are not installed so they are not visible. On the hinge pic (that shows the nuts on the bolts), you can see the imprint of the tail light bracket. Let me know if you need any more pics.
