Ok i'm about to replace all my shocks on my 93, but i have a question.
Everywhere i've looked, i see "1 pair (2) shocks for bronco/F150 with factory quad shocks".
And "1 pair (2) shocks for bronco/F150 with standard front suspension, (WILL NOT FIT FACTORY QUAD SHOCK!)"
Now my question is, do i need one pair of each?
I noticed that on ones without quad shocks the shocks are mounted closest to the cab, and so are mine they just have another one on the other side of the shock tower.
I bought Edelbrock shocks for mine - and the part numbers were very specific. I think they were listed under quad shocks, with a part number followed by "(front)" and then another part number followed by "(rear)". Before I decided on the Edelbrocks, I was checking part numbers for both quad shocks and regular just to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes, and if I remember right, a lot of them were listed the way the Edelbrocks were.
Which listing on EBay? I justed looked at the Edelbrock website trying to find part numbers, but the Bronco isn't even listed anymore. If you post a link to the auction you are looking at, maybe I can help.
Found the item, and it looks like an auction for two shocks only - the shorter pair which is the back pair of the quad shock setup. The price is right -$50 per pair. I really like these shocks, they were definitely a good upgrade.
