4 months ago I bought new Warren rotors and new pads, not sure what brand the pads are. The breaks have been fine. for the last 3 weeks they have started pulsating after I drive a long distance, after they cool off they feel good again until I drive and get them hot again. If I am going 60 mph and hit them hard it will shake the truck hard. I took the weels off and found that the sliding pens that holds the calaper on was were comming out (thank god to the inside of the wheel) and rubbing on my wheel. This was allowing the calaper to get ****-eyed on the roter. I thought problem solved. I bought all new 4 pins and it road a lot better, I thought well it still needs some time to wear the roter back round again. Well its getting bad again about two weeks latter. What would you guys do?
I have never known a warped rotor to go back straight again. If its not too bad you can get then turned since they are new and have lots of material to them. Otherwise...take them back and see if they parts store will let you do a swap for new ones again. If not then you are looking at buying a new set again.
