Striped Glow plug
A friend of mine is looking at a 97 F350 the owner says he is selling it becaus it needs new heads he clames the shop put in new glow plugs and 2 of them came threw the valve covers a week later? The owner says the threads are stripped? so he put plugs in the holes? any body ever run across this is thier a heile coil for this?i dont understand if pipe plugs are holding than glow plugs should hold also unless he drilled and tapped the holes? What do you think this truck is worth 97 reg cab F350 xlt 133k original trany never plowed?????? [img]smokin.gif[/img]
