inline fuel pump
the inline fuel pump on my 81 f-250 does work great, but one concern? does the pump put too much fuel pressure on the carb, and if so how can i regulate fuel pressure? any help sure appreciated. thanks steve

A buddy put a Gen2 350 from a fuel injected truck in his 84 chev van. The newer 350 has no provision for a mechanical fuel pump, and he is running a Carter AFB carb. He has an in line electric fuel pump mounted back by his tank (they are better pushers than pullers) and an in line fuel pressure regulator that is adjustable. I think it was pretty inexpensive. He got it at the local auto parts store. It is pretty simple to use and install.
