OK, well I've replaced just about everything i can in my front end, and it still likes to make a popping sound during slower turns. I've replaced the rack, power steering pump & all lines, inner & outer tie rod ends, both hub assemblies, both upper ball joints, both cv shafts, both shocks, sway bar links, and the upper control arm bushings on the passanger side.
It's a 92' AWD shorty cargo with 225/70R15's all around and they don't rub. The only other thing i noticed is the passanger side spring is broken at the bottom where it sits in the mount. Somebody please help, this popping sound is driving me insane, mainly cause I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT heh. thanks!

You have your anser right there. The spring rotates when you turn the wheel and I bet that the broken part is catching on something. I would get it replaced ASAP before it takes out a tire, very bad thing at 65mph+. You also might check to see if there is a recall on it. I can't remember if the Aero was included but Ford did recall springs on other vehicles of that vintage.
I didn't realize the spring moved anywhere but up and down, but I was planning on getting some new springs anyways. I work at Advance Auto, so I got a chance to compare spring free height, load height, spring rate, and inner diameter to other other cars, and from what I've found, i think it was a 94' 2 door s10 blazer would give me about 1/2-1" lift in the front, which I kinda need because my tires rub when I hit a really hard bump, but I don't want em rubbin ever, rubber is too expensive.
