Air bag codes?
Just bought an 03 Ranger 4x4 supercab! Had to down size in order to get both the motorcycle and truck in the garage. So far I've been extremely pleased with it's performance.
The only thing I don't like is the seat belt chime. On my 99 F150 there was no reminder, other than a light on the dash. Now when I use it around the yard to move things, the chime is constantly dinging! I tried disconnecting the sensor at the seat but all that did was set off a code on the dash.
I'll probably have to learn to live with the chime but it got me wondering if there was a site that had all the air bag codes listed.
Anyone know of one?

There is a way to turn off the chime, the owners manual has the procedure. There is a list of codes for airbags in this fourm, do a search for "air bag blink codes" and you should find it.
