polishing heads-etc

Following some advise from Danlee- wondering if anyone knows where I can get some info on working on my 400 heads to get the best performance. Specifically what to do and how to do it and how to avoid boo-boos.

cause I ain't never done this before!!!

Remove burrs and flash in both intake and exhaust. Smooth and blend the bowl areas. Grind out the thermactor bumps in the exhaust and polish the exhaust port. Do not change the port sizes or shapes except for the thermactor bump. Leave the intake mainly alone except for the bowl porting mentioned above.

DO NOT POLISH THE INTAKE, use 80grit sandpaper roll no finner, if u polish it the gas will stick to the walls of the port
