In the next couple of weeks I will be putting four new shocks on my '92 3.0 extended Aero. I'm thinking KYB. Anybody have comments or opinions on these or other brands. Thanks
I have tried many afftermarket shocks on my '97 AWD...over 255,000 miles. For just driving (no towing) KYB are my number one choice. Reflex would be number 2. I would not recommend the Sensatrac. On my vehicle with near a full load, they were horrible. NO control. Highway driving was an adventure.
BTW I changed shocks not because they worn out, just to try and get the best I could find.
Hi, I change all four shocks a couple of months ago to Gabriel (European label)
Front enhanced gas shocks and rear Highjackers ( air) so I can level my Arero when ever I have a full load or towing my caravan.
It handels great with or without load.
