Rust in axle

Rust in axle
I just put new wheel seals in my 83 f350. The fluid I poured out was crap and the tube and axles have rust all over them. I got the rust off the axles but can not get it out of the tubes with out tearing it all apart which is beyond my mechanical skills. The bearings still seam fine. Do I just refill it and go or how concerned do I need to be?
