steering problems

Having trouble keeping my 79 f250 4x4 truck on road replaced steering geer box and had alignment checked any ideas

Fatiqued Springs,
Worn shocks
Radial Arm Bushings worn out
Tires

Look for play in the steering have someone slowly rock the steering wheel back and forth and look for play from under the hood and under the truck at the linkages.
