well the courier was pretty much a rebadged mazda, so theres one place to look. and if i remember right, the engine looked the same as a pre 85 ranger pickup, so theres another option. They are neat little pickups!

my neighbor from where i just moved has 1. Maybe there needs to be a courier section on here. still see a few around and they are bound to be a challenge to keep rolling.

The later Couriers came with two different engines, the Mazda 2000 and the Ford 2.3. I have worked on them with either engine, and am not sure if the different engines were available in different years or by option. The second generation Couriers all look the same to me, and I'm not familiar enough with them to tell the difference between the different years. I was never really interested enough in them to learn to sort them out. I have an '84 Mazda B2000 sitting in my driveway right now (it came with the house and no one wants it), it's the same as the Courier. -TD
