T/C lock Mod problems

I completed the T/C lockup Mod at Ford_Fogotton's website.. I used an on-off-on DPDT switch with LED's when I have it in the down position...works fine by PCM. middle is off, but when I flip it on to lock it up, I am blowing the #19 10 amp fuse under dash that controls the Idle Vald. switch, GEM, and part of instrument cluster.....any ideas?...I have it wired correctly....could it be from the 3 pos switch instead of just an on-off?

That is still on my list of things to do but the one thing that come to mind is to be sure that the wire going to the Trans is negative when engaged.
