Solid Axle Swap on expedition?

I tried searching the forum but I can't find any info on doing a SAS on an expedition. I did one on my f150 and can TIG weld and fabricate. Just wondering if anyone else has done it and how it was. I checked it out and it looks possible just not easy. Also does anyone know where I can get cut out flares for an expedition? I really want some bigger tires and don't want to lift this thing.

You need to figure on 1/2 of them being 14 year old kids with Keyboard-bravado. Post clear and well thought out questions and you can get the other half to share some great info.
