Question Please Help!!!

ok so the other day i was dryving my 89 f-250 4x4 with the 351 down the interstate. i had the cruise on and all the sudden i started losing speed and the engine returns to idle. so i hit the gas and i get nothing in the way of increased speed. the truck revved almost like it was running on two cylinders.now i got it off to the side off the road and the truck started to idle really rough and then it just stalled. so i sat there for a second and i started it up and it seemed like it was back to normal. so i get back on the interstate and i got up to about 50 and the engine started to buck almwost like it wasn't getting any gas. so i pull over and it stalls again.. i waited a few minutes and started again and just let it idle. it idled fine for a few minutes and then it started to run rough and stalled again. so here i sit. please help me out guys thanks.

try a fuel filter, its sounds like it may be something simple like that
and if you havent changed it with steel tanks, its probly got some rust in it, plus its really easy to change. check your airfilter too.

Definitely check your fuel pressures and if they're ok I'd try a new tfi module if yours is mounted on the distributor.
