TTB Ball Joints
We just finsihed putting a 4" suspension lift on a friend's 94 Bronco. It needs a Rt lower ball joint before it can be aligned. How do you get the lower ball joint nut off? Any tips for doing ball joints on a TTB.

You will have to tear down the whole deal to change the ball joints. You have to remove the spindle assembly and steering knuckle. The front axle has to be pulled to get to the lower ball joint nut. Change the top joint while your there, its a lot of work not to do it while your there and then have to change it a little later.If your handy wit the 4x4 front ends you wont have any problems. The TTB front end isn't really much different than changing them on a straight axle. I assume your on the pass side, thats a two piece axle, mark your axle with some paint on each side of the slip spline, that way you can put it back in the proper phase where it was.
