How does System work? Heard there is some bleed-back valve?? Want to know how Slave Cylinder(S/C)releases Throwout Brg(T/O) after clutch pedal is returned in Cab? My Clutch allows easy gears changes but, T/O brg. spins (contacts fingers on Press. Plate) continually w/clutchpedal returned fully at idle. Checked S/C -always exerting pressure on T/O brg. release lever.
Replaced Master Cylinder & bled System - Still, no release (SNR). Tried adjusting free-play with adj. rod under dash - SNR. Only part left to change is the SC, but can't see how it could be the problem. Could someone please shed some light? Note: Just upgraded from 11" to new 12" matched Clutch Assy and heights appeared to be the same. But, old System worked fine, minus wear.
TIA.

The hydrualic clutch is not the same as the older cable/rod set ups. The type of clutch system you have is normal to have T/O bearing always touching. The slave cyl has a spring in it that always causes presure on the bearing.

This is normal
