88 ranger stx ?'s
just picked up a 1988 stx , extra cab & i have a few ?'s
1. it has the push button transfer case , has anyone ever swaped out for a standard TC? ,?. it has the standard 5 speed tranny type D according to the sticker on the door . I have been told this is just a bolt on swap ,
2. The gasket or weather stripping on the factory electric sun roof needs to be replaced , & the guy at ford says no longer available , anyone know where to get one?
3. The little blu lite for the ac comes on when i hit the switch but the compressor clutch dosn't kick in, i checked for voltage at the connector & there was no voltage .
4. can i fit a set of 235's on this truck & have still enough wheel well clearance?
