I've tried everything new rotors control arm and tires there's still vibration coming from the left front wheel. it vibrates when not on the brakes and just diving highway speed. Then when you hit the brakes it vibrates a whole lot. it's just the front left. When the wheel i soff the ground the wheel doesn't move at all. wtf is it i'm getting a little pizzed now.
Could be a host of other things, depending on what vehicle you have. Bushings, ball joints, anything that is supposed to hold a tire in place. More vehicle information will help.

Hey Holiday! Sounds like the same problem i am having with my 1999 Mountaineer, i changed the front brakes and rotors, new tires, ball joints, and tie rods still shakes the left front tire area. I dont know what else to try and i just dont want to keep spending tons of money out the window if the problem isnt getting fixed.... Im trying to figure this out as we speak im stunned.

If the wheel will not turn with ease, and you have changed out the bearings, plus a bunch of other stuff... I would have to say that something is binding in the front drive shaft. If a CV / U-joint is frozen, then it would cause all kinds of weird stuff... problem is I'm not sure how to check it on the IFS model Explorers. If you have a Haynes / Chilton manual, it should be described in there someplace. I don't have access to my book right now or else I'd look it up for you. Let us know what you find.
