Cracked door
well my wifes 99' 150 drivers front door is cracked about 4 inches up from the bottom of the window at the rear of the door. I tried a search and found nothing but thought I read something on here before about this being a problem.
Anyone have any thoughts or insights???

I have a 97 150 and had the same problem. I heard that ford would replace the door if it was still under factory warranty. I found that out a little to late. About 50,000 miles to late! But, Yes this is a problem on the late 90's models. I ended up pulling my door and gutting it and welding the crack and repainting it. So far is has held up. It has been about a year now since I fixed it.
