no brakes??

I have a 94 ranger that has no brkes. The pedal is very soft, and will go all the way to the floor unless u pump them. The master cyl and brake booster are both good and changed the brake calipers on the frt when i changed pads a month ago. From what I can determine the frt brakes are fine, but I'm not getting any fluid to the back brakes. Now, if I can explain this next important detail -- The back brake line comes off the master cyl and connects to a module of sort that is connected to the frame by the frt wheel, this module also has a wire harness that plugs into it .I have fluid going to the module but none coming out going to back brake line, My question is, what is this piece called?? could it be my braking problem? and can it be bypassed?

That's the RABS module on the left side frame rail, under the drivers feet. I suspect that you have an ABS, and probably a brake light showing on the dash when you hit the brakes, correct? BTW, how have you diagnosed and concluded that the M/C is not the issue? I'm a bit confused by the comment "the frt brakes are fine" but yet there are no brakes. Generally, front brakes do 80% of the stopping. A bit more info, please?
