2000expy Eb Shudder
I have a 2000 EB, and the only way I can describe this is a shudder in the rear. When I go to take off sometimes, it sorta "shudders" does that make sense. It does it sometimes with the trailer and sometimes without the trailer. Seems to do it more if you get on it more when you take off from a stop. Any ideas. thanks, Brian

have you changed the rear diff fluid lately? worth doing if you haven't...usually its a synthetic fluid and don't forget the friction modifier...
I used redline this last change and its been great...used their friction modifier also...only costs about $35 or $40 for the fluid/friction modifier/gasket.

I experienced similar problems with my 01 Expy EB. My Expy would shudder at stop lights. I had the tranny flushed and the problem persisted. I took it in to Ford and was given the option to rebuild or replace the tranny. I chose replace be cause of a better warranty. Good luck with yours.
